• The ability to schedule and register attendance for meetings and accept payment with registration
• Customer tracking capabilities

Time Frames

All of our orders are taken on a first come first serve basis.  Depending on our level of orders, your website could take up to two weeks to go active.  This of course is dependent on how quickly you're able to deliver the needed content.

Support

We offer ongoing training both online and in class situations.  In addition our Support forum is available to our registered members where they can pose questions for the membership for their response.

Workshops

If you're the type that likes to get your hands dirty on projects perhaps a one day workshop is for you.  In our workshops you will start with nothing and end up creating your own website along with the others participating.  The workshops are fast paced and cover a lot of material so concentration and focus are necessities.  There is usually ample time for questions and answers but we stick to a strict time schedule.  Although we make every attempt to insure no one is left behind this is not always the case.  In this event we will complete your website ourselves and deliver it to you in our normal time frames.

Pricing

Our Pricing is straight forward for the designs we offer in both the Standard and Business Packages.  After review of a few of our sites you will find that your needs should fall into one of these two categories.  If after review you determine you need additional services we will price your project or refer you to someone that specializes in your specific needs.

• Our Standard Package is $495.00.
• Our Business Package is $595.00.

We offer two levels of Support:

• Our Subscription Package is $20.00 per month and entitles you to 1 hour per month of support.  Additional hours are billed at $30.00 per hour.
• Our Non-Subscription hourly rate is $45.00 per hour.
